Jennifer was very nice and so easy to talk to. I am a new patient, new to the area, and in need of a new Primary Care team. I found it with this practice. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Jen ordered some lab work and tests, but those services aren't available there. I would like to see that change. One suggestion I would make. It took me forever to complete the medical forms they gave me when I checked in. It would be helpful to be able to do this on-line or at least be made aware so I could have picked it up earlier and completed it at home. The form itself needs improvement. There is little space to answer the questions unless you write over parts of the question. I have a MyChart account and 99% of the info they requested is in there so it would be great if they could somehow transfer it to the form so you would only have to fill in anything missing.

I have only ever had wonderful interactions with Jennifer Peterson. She is kind, caring and knowledgeable.

Yeah, Jennifer Peterson solved my blood pressure problem. She was very patient with me. I saw her for over three months and she monitored everything and eventually we come up with a solution for my blood pressure. So I have nothing but pride in her.

I was informed and provided additional information about vaccinations available right at the provider's office that I didn't previously know about, so I took advantage of this immediately to get a vaccination that I had on my 'to do' list. This is a great convenience, and I appreciate the provider and nurse taking the time to give me the information.

My second visit with NP Jen Peterson. She is thorough, attentive and very easy to work with.

Tests were ordered and two tests, stool culture and a lab, and no one has contacted me about the results. And it has been about four days now. There was a weekend in there. So I guess I have to call them because I'm curious about the results. So I'm not happy about that. I'm not sure how that works, but no one contacted me. I guess maybe the results were negative. Okay, thanks, bye.
