What services do you provide?
HMH Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation at Metropark in Iselin, NJ provides physical and occupational therapy to help reduce pain, improve movement, and support recovery from injury or surgery. Care is one-on-one and focused on helping you return to daily activities.

Is parking available at 1 Wellbrook Place?
Yes. Free parking is available to patients inside the garage underneath our Health & Wellness Center. Follow the “patient parking” signs to enter the garage. Walk directly from the garage into the Health & Wellness Center.
Curb drop off is located at the front entrance of the Health & Wellness Center.
There are also limited 15 minute parking spaces inside the Health & Wellness Center parking garage on the first floor for prescription pick up.
