Known to our patients as the Center for Women's Health at Avon, we are proud to provide our Certified Nurse Midwifery services to those wishing for an alternative childbirth experience in addition to a more personalized pregnancy and delivery experience.
A widespread misconception about nurse midwives is that they are only present during pregnancy and childbirth. The truth, however, is that nurse midwives are able to offer the same attention and care to women who are not pregnant.

What should I bring to my first appointment?
To make your first visit as smooth and productive as possible, please bring the following items:
- Your photo identification and insurance card.
- A referral from your primary care physician, if required by your insurance plan.
- A list of all current medications, vitamins, and supplements you are taking, including dosages.
- Any recent lab results, blood sugar logs, or imaging reports (such as thyroid ultrasounds) related to your condition.
- A list of questions you have for the endocrinologist.

Our office is located at 3 Main Street, Suite A in Avon-by-the-Sea. We are open the following days and times:
