Our practice is the backbone of the academics and education for the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Hackensack University Medical Center. Pregnant patients will deliver at the Donna A. Sanzari Women’s Hospital at Hackensack University Medical Center and gynecology patients, who require surgery, will have their surgery at Hackensack University Medical Center.

What should I bring to my first appointment?
To make your first visit as smooth and productive as possible, please bring the following items:
- Your photo identification and insurance card.
- A referral from your primary care physician, if required by your insurance plan.
- A list of all current medications, vitamins, and supplements you are taking, including dosages.
- Any recent lab results, blood sugar logs, or imaging reports (such as thyroid ultrasounds) related to your condition.
- A list of questions you have for the endocrinologist.
Where is your office located and what are the hours?
Our office is located at 20 Prospect Avenue, Suite 805, in Hackensack. We are open 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
