I specialize in treating autoimmune and inflammatory conditions that affect the body's joints, muscles, and bones. I treat a wide range of these conditions, including juvenile idiopathic arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and arthritis associated with inflammatory bowel disease (such as Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis).

2) I thought arthritis only affects older adults. Can children really get it?
Yes, children can get an autoimmune arthritis called Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis (JIA), in which the body's immune system causes inflammation in the joints. My specialty is diagnosing these conditions early to prevent joint damage, manage symptoms, and help your child live a full, active life.

3) What types of treatments do you use? Is it just pain medication?
