Adriana M Phan, MD

Dr. Adriana Phan completed medical school at the Universidad Militar Nueva Granada in Bogota, Colombia. She moved to the United States to complete a residency in psychiatry at Lincoln Hospital and continued her education completing a fellowship in consultation liaison at Montefiore Medical Center. Her areas of expertise are transplantation, maternal fetal health and to manage patients with multiple comorbidities. She worked as a transplant psychiatrist at Montefiore Medical Center with the heart transplant/ LVAD and heart failure team for 8 years. Dr. Phan is now living in New Jersey and is a part of the staff at Hackensack University Medical Center.
