Agnieszka Palecki, MD

Agnieszka Palecki, M.D., is a board certified pulmonologist, critical care physician, and sleep medicine specialist, dedicated to providing comprehensive, evidence based care for adults with respiratory and sleep disorders. Her goal is to partner with each patient to develop individualized treatment plans that improve health, quality of life, and long-term outcomes. She has extensive experience caring for patients with asthma, COPD, interstitial, lung disease, pulmonary hypertension, chronic cough, and complex sleep disorders, including obstructive sleep apnea.
She believes that listening carefully to her patient is the foundation of accurate diagnosis and effective treatment. She strives to explain medical conditions and treatment options clearly so that patients can make informed decisions about their care. She emphasizes preventative medicine, early diagnosis, and use of the latest advances in pulmonary and sleep medicine whenever appropriate. Her practice is built on compassion, respect and open communication with patients and their families. She looks forward to building lasting relationships with her patients and serving the community with professionalism, integrity, and dedication.
Dr. Palecki completed her residency training in internal medicine. She also completed a fellowship in Critical Care at Mount Sinai Medical Center, a fellowship in Pulmonary Medicine at New York College of Medicine/St. Vincent CMC, and a fellowship in Sleep Medicine at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center.
Outside of the office, Dr. Palecki loves spending time with her family, friends, and dog.
