Having unfortunately had experience with other transplant facilities in Upstate New York, I can say with certainty that Hackensack University Hospital is in a league of its own. Every team member has treated me with care, a great sense of humor—which is so important for a nervous transplant patient. I have been particularly impressed by how proactive the team was in contacting my doctors in Upstate New York to coordinate my medical records. This was my third and final stop in searching for the right center. I feel extremely confident in this practice and would not want any other facility handling my case. I have already been telling my friends and family what an amazing team you have here.
