The staff was very friendly and helpful.

My visit with Dr. Alexis Young was probably one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a doctor. She decided to tell me that I have rosacea, where I do not have rosacea at all. She said if I did not like her medical opinion, that I should go elsewhere. She was rude, condescending, and not even knowledgeable about something else I mentioned to her about this lump I had on my forehead. She just said she didn't know what it was and just left me like that. I would never, ever recommend Dr. Young to anyone. I was so disappointed by her, I was shocked. I really thought that I was going in to have a good experience with a knowledgeable doctor. And in fact, it was the total opposite.

I was there for what I thought was a complete skin evaluation, but what it turned out to be was a five-minute evaluation. Dr. Young walked in, stood two feet away, and made the diagnosis without even making contact with me. He was somewhat dismissive and stoic, but the staff was very pleasant overall. But I don't think I would be coming back there.

I feel very comfortable with Dr Young. She is very professional and supportive. I have Recomended her to friends and family in the past.
