I am very grateful and very happy, very satisfied with Dr. Young because the right medicine that has worked so well for my psoriasis is thanks to her. I think she has provided excellent care as a doctor, because I felt better very quickly with the medication. And everything else, her attention, when I go to see her, she is very attentive to me.

My visit with Dr. Alexis Young was probably one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a doctor. She decided to tell me that I have rosacea, where I do not have rosacea at all. She said if I did not like her medical opinion, that I should go elsewhere. She was rude, condescending, and not even knowledgeable about something else I mentioned to her about this lump I had on my forehead. She just said she didn't know what it was and just left me like that. I would never, ever recommend Dr. Young to anyone. I was so disappointed by her, I was shocked. I really thought that I was going in to have a good experience with a knowledgeable doctor. And in fact, it was the total opposite.

I was there for what I thought was a complete skin evaluation, but what it turned out to be was a five-minute evaluation. Dr. Young walked in, stood two feet away, and made the diagnosis without even making contact with me. He was somewhat dismissive and stoic, but the staff was very pleasant overall. But I don't think I would be coming back there.

I loved getting in and out of the appointment quickly

It takes months to get an appointment with Dr Young I fine that very annoying

Dr. Young was phenomenal, probably the best doctor I have ever seen in my entire life. I felt absolutely no discomfort during the procedure, whereas online and when I've spoken to friends who've done the same thing, they all complain about the pain during the procedure. I felt no pain whatsoever or even discomfort during. And also after the procedure, my swelling went down immediately. I felt no pain either. And again, online and having spoken to friends of mine, people complain about pain for days, discomfort for days, swelling for days. I did not experience that. Alexis Young did an incredible job.

She was thorough and understanding. Dr. Alexis and her staff did a great job.

I just wanted you to know that I waited at least 45 minutes for my appointment, which I was on time for, and I do not have any reason to believe that anything special was going on. Fast, thorough and complete

Been seeing Dr. Young for many years. She is no nonsense and to the point. She seemed to be in a hurry and was a bit tentative about something she found on my leg. Not used to that from her. I may need to come back.

This was my first visit with Dr Young. Both she & her staff were pleasant, knowledgeable & respectful She was recommend by my primary care physician. My trust in his recommendation was well founded

This was the worst experience I had in my entire life with a medical profession, it gave me racist energy. Dr. Alexis didn't even stayed in the room for 2mins nor touch my skin..She told me come back when my symptoms was active, I explain to her that my symptoms comes when I least expect it, and I didn't understand why she couldn't do a biopsy or try to figure a solution for my both legs and feet being full with red/pink spot. But thankfully, I went to a different dermatologist the same day and she is in the process of helping me figure out my issue. God bless Alexis Young! I also pray no black person that goes to her office have to experience this kind of treatment.

I was told this provider did the procedure I needed but when I arrived, I learned she did not do the procedure.

Doc was knowledgeable and gave me an immediate diagnosis. The visit was so quick though...I realized that I did not get all the info on how to use the topical treatment and for how long. Had to goggle the answers.....one I will need to get clarification by calling the office. Grateful though for the appointment that I got quickly and for the expertise. Maybe the doctor was in a rush.

I like Dr. Young because she found, she diagnosed me with psoriasis. I didn't know what that rash was. She did a biopsy. However, when I returned, I have something else on a different part of my body. It's on my arm this time, and it looks like an infection, and I was hoping she'd do a culture, and she told me it was healing, and I don't think it is. I'm probably gonna have to go to another dermatologist and get a second opinion now, whereas I wish he had just said a culture and we could have been done with it. Thank you.

The experience seemed somewhat quick and this was my first time seeing Dr. Young. My past dermatologist in Ridgewood/Oakland seemed to be a lot more on top of things. Unfortunately she retired in June after decades of seeing her.

The appointment went smoothly

I've always been extremely satisfied with Dr. Young and her service and their knowledge and understanding.

I feel that the provider rushed. I feel that she didn't take my patient experience into consideration. I feel that she was very dismissive and did not do a thorough job on the full body inspection, nor did she have a good bedside manner and did not feel that she cared for my safety or well-being.

Appointment felt rushed. Doctor was not willing to send me for blood work or additional tests to determine IF I was allergic to something. Only stated to return to the office when I have a bad case of my rash so she may see me (again)

Dr. Young was prompt as scheduled appointment time and was very clear in the examination procedure, and i was given a clean bill of health

I was able to get an appt right away to check a spot. as usual, dr young was very fast. she always seems in a rush to get me done. but she did give me an answer.

This office was efficient, timely and courteous. They handled the check in process smoothly and quickly. I waited maybe one minute before being called back to a room and it was less than five minutes before the dr came in. She was able to diagnose and treat in the same visit. The check out process was also smooth. This was BY FAR the best experience I have had with this health system.

Both Dr young and her nurse were great was really happy. They paid attention to my concerns and I feel like I have next steps. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Thank you.

The only thing I would recommend is, I don't know, the availability of appointments because each appointment that I've had to make are like months apart. But everything else is great. So I'm happy that we got to meet the doctor and her recommendations.
