Alphonsa Thomas, DO

Dr. Thomas is a board-certified physiatrist with a subspecialty board certification in brain injury medicine. She offers a comprehensive rehabilitative approach to patients who have suffered from conditions such as stroke and traumatic brain injury with focus on recovery, treatment and preventative care. She also performs in office procedures such as botulinum toxin injections for treatment of spasticity and intrathecal baclofen pump refills/management.
