The provider was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions that I had and very professional.

The front desk is not as up to par as the rest of the doctor's office. You can hardly hear them. They don't ask questions. They don't follow up. We waited 45 minutes before we were told that, oh, we had you in the wrong bubble. I don't know what that means, but I got a feeling that it's one of the people at the front desk that did something incorrectly. Thank you.

Yes, I must say this was the best experience I ever experienced, being admitted to a surgery. The staff was right on time when I got there. I didn't wait long, probably five minutes, four minutes when I sat down and they called me in right away. Everybody that came into the room, the whole team of people, they were very pleasant, professional, and they show concern. I really appreciate everybody, the surgeon, the surgeon's assistant, everybody. I can't say one thing that I was disappointed with. I'm very happy that I chose this facility and this dynamite team of people. I would definitely refer it to others. Thank you.
