Yes, I was disappointed. I had a schedule post-op appointment scheduled and for some reason it was not put into the system. So I showed up at the date and the time and was told that I did not have an appointment. It was rectified, however, and I was able to see a provider. Also, I had left a message for the doctor's staff the day after my surgery explaining that I needed a response, someone to call me back at the end of the day. That call was not returned until four days later, which was disappointing as well. Thank you.
