Having surgery is a life altering situation not one that I have look forward to experiencing but that being said I have had four surgeries in 6 years. The first one was a big challenge as I did not know the Doctor, or the group, but both were highly recommended by a Doctor I have known since 1984. Due to the success of the joint replacement and care from the doctor and staff at Hackensack Medical Center I have had three more very successful joint replacement operations. Great doctors and great team both at the Medical Center and at the offices of Orthopedic Specialists.

Yes, I was disappointed. I had a schedule post-op appointment scheduled and for some reason it was not put into the system. So I showed up at the date and the time and was told that I did not have an appointment. It was rectified, however, and I was able to see a provider. Also, I had left a message for the doctor's staff the day after my surgery explaining that I needed a response, someone to call me back at the end of the day. That call was not returned until four days later, which was disappointing as well. Thank you.

I'm waiting for feedback about my MRI WHICH WAS YESTERDAY.AT Newman St.Radiology we waited 2+ hours for the CD of my results.

The front desk is not as up to par as the rest of the doctor's office. You can hardly hear them. They don't ask questions. They don't follow up. We waited 45 minutes before we were told that, oh, we had you in the wrong bubble. I don't know what that means, but I got a feeling that it's one of the people at the front desk that did something incorrectly. Thank you.

Man, they're very professional, knowledgeable, answered all my questions. I have no problems with that.
