During my initial visit, my experience started off a bit unpleasant at the front desk. When I mistakenly handed back the initial form to the receptionist, she rolled her eyes instead of clarifying the process in a polite manner. I later learned the form was meant to be given to the medical assistant once called in. A little more patience and guidance at check-in would make a big difference for new patients. Once inside, Milagros and Lulu the medical assistants were absolutely wonderful - they were friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable. When the doctor entered the room, her first comments were about what she doesn't do, rather than asking about the reason for my visit or how she could help. It would have been more welcoming and reassuring if she began by understanding my concerns first. Otherwise, she was fine overall, but the initial approach could be improved to create a more positive first impression.

Called in on time. Staff were very nice. The Doctor took her time and addressed any concerns.

My best ever experience with the doctors. I am absolutely happy with my primary doctor, Amelia Pawaroo-Balram. I also like the fact that the lab and other specialists are all in the same building. I never wait more than five minutes for being called in, and the doctor comes in almost immediately. Everyone is very polite and helpful.
