Andrew I Elkwood, MD

Dr. Andrew Elkwood is skilled in many of the latest plastic surgery techniques. In addition to his expertise in cosmetic surgery, Dr. Elkwood is an international expert in nerve reconstruction surgery for patients who have lost the use of a limb from nerve damage. He is highly skilled in microsurgery, limb replantation and microsurgical reconstruction after cancer. He is the founder and director of the Center for Treatment of Paralysis and Reconstructive Nerve Surgery at Jersey Shore Medical Center.

Dr. Elkwood is double board-certified in general surgery and plastic surgery by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Surgery.
