Couldn't get appointment as soon as possible and asked another healthcare dr to intervene. Office staff was just following protocol until dr habib spoke with them on my behalf and now they are aware of situation. Very happy with visit.

the one thing I don't like is the central office(s) that answer your calls. They are not knowledgeable and keep asking questions about you, i.e., taking your phone number so if you get disconnected they can return the call. I have been disconnected prior to this call and they never called back. I wish the telephone calls go directly to the doctor's office

My visit to Dr. Habib was fine. However, I have a huge complaint/issue regarding how HMH receives inbound calls from patients like myself. When calling the doctor's office, I'm automatically routed to an external call center instead of the office; this should be disclosed by the call center. Unfortunately, these call center agents have given me incorrect information about the practice, and it only adds another layer that I have to get through before actually speaking to someone in the office. This gatekeeping method used against patients by HMH is a horrible business practice, does not humanize the experience and has wasted my time on several occasions. Get rid of the call centers so that patients can quickly speak to the office.

Dr. Andrew Habib is humble, courteous and well-versed. He is a good listener. He cares about his patients. I would not change him for anything.

Good experience

Initially my appointment was about a week away, which is unusual, but the woman scheduling appointments asked whether I wanted to be placed on the cancelation list. I did and was able to get an appointment much sooner.

Hi, what I don't like about making an appointment is you go through a service to make an appointment. They are not very helpful and when you can't get an appointment, they want to offer you a different doctor. That's not why I go to Dr. Habib. I go to Dr. Habib because he's my doctor and I like him. When I actually speak to the nurse in the office, it's completely different. Why do you have to have a middleman between the office And the patient, I don't understand that. That's a waste of money and a waste of my time. And frankly, I think it doesn't make any sense because they don't seem to correlate.
