Dr. Jones is awesome. My only feedback would apply to the front office. It's hard to get someone on the phone. Additionally, paperwork should be emailed to patients prior to coming into the visit. It saves time. I would also recommend using email as a method of communication unless it's urgent.

Hi, I just wanted to say that in this rating, I accidentally pressed a two in one of the early questions. I meant for it to be a positive answer, not a negative. The other thing I wanted to say was Dr. Jones was very professional, very knowledgeable, very comforting and supportive and very clear and concise for her answers for the questions that I had. Thank you.

I had a 3:15 appointment and wasn't seen until almost an hour later. The office staff told me they would call me over to make a change to my appointment I had scheduled and I was waiting another few minutes. I asked one of the office staff about it and she didn't know what I was talking about. The tech was very unfriendly. I prefer the freehold location. I've been going to healthy woman practice for almost 20 years and I like all the doctors but the wait was very long as if they overbooked, and the rest of the office staff was not great.

The office was spotless, the front desk ladies were very nice and friendly. The intake nurse was thorough, kind and listened to every thing I had to say. Dr. Jones was prompt, kind, understanding, empathetic and gave me hope for my health issues to be resolved.

I did not care for the office staff

My visit was great. I was signed in very quickly. The doctor came in and she was asking me how I was doing and asking me all types of questions, medical related to my health. And I really enjoyed her visit. She was very kind, very efficient. Thank you so much.

Both the ladies at the front desk and Dr. Jones were absolutely incredible. So warm and welcoming and very friendly. I am not used to receptionists actually being personable and kind and it was such a nice change. Dr. Jones is not only extremely knowledgeable but made me feel very comfortable. She has a beautiful personality and I am so glad that my insurance change led me to coming to her. I waited 5 mins at most after my appointment time and was seen in the room almost immediately. I have already recommended this practice to my friends and family and hope that when I decide to start a family that Dr. Jones will be able to deliver my babies for me

Dr. Jones is very professional but her bed side manner is fantastic. She exudes confidence and knowledge that puts her patients at ease. No one wants to go to the gynecologist but she helps to distract and make it as best an experience as possible. I even had my daughter change doctors so she could become a patient of Dr. Jones. This was honestly one of the best first visit with a physician in my lifetime.I am so glad I decided to trust Dr. Jones with my healthcare needs. I had a 8am appointment and I am not always a morning person so overall great experience.

Overall great experience. The check in process should be reviewed- as I completed all the forms online then had to also complete "paper copies" when I arrived at the office, which is redundant.

Dr. Jones is fantastic! This is my first time seeing her and I'm glad I did. I've waited years to see someone for my health issue and I'm so happy she is my doctor for it. She answered every question I had and offered my different options and advice on how to proceed.
