I think Dr. Jones is just the best. She listens, she makes conversation and remembers what you say to her. She has answers to any questions I may ask. Highly recommend.

Dr. Jones is lovely

since I left. Dr. Jones is an extremely well-mannered and kind doctor. She takes the time to listen to your concerns and takes the time to respond to each concern appropriately. She is kind, thorough. She also did my surgery, which was the best surgery I've had. Very clean surgery and checked on me before and after throughout the surgery. Very pleased with her service as my doctor.

Had a great experience at the OBGYN Jackson location. Every person I met from front desk, to doctor were extremely kind and patient. Made what would be stressful doctors visit super easy.

Dr. Jones is very professional but her bed side manner is fantastic. She exudes confidence and knowledge that puts her patients at ease. No one wants to go to the gynecologist but she helps to distract and make it as best an experience as possible. I even had my daughter change doctors so she could become a patient of Dr. Jones. Thank you Dr. Jones you are truly appreciated.

This was honestly one of the best first visit with a physician in my lifetime.I am so glad I decided to trust Dr. Jones with my healthcare needs. She is professional, attentive and easy to speak with. Also have to thank her assistant she was also wonderful. I had a 8am appointment and I am not always a morning person so overall great experience.

Very pleasant visit. The office was nice and the staff, especially the woman who checked me in at the desk. were extremely pleasant and caring.

Both the ladies at the front desk and Dr. Jones were absolutely incredible. So warm and welcoming and very friendly. I am not used to receptionists actually being personable and kind and it was such a nice change. Dr. Jones is not only extremely knowledgeable but made me feel very comfortable. She has a beautiful personality and I am so glad that my insurance change led me to coming to her. I waited 5 mins at most after my appointment time and was seen in the room almost immediately. I have already recommended this practice to my friends and family and hope that when I decide to start a family that Dr. Jones will be able to deliver my babies for me

Overall great experience. The check in process should be reviewed- as I completed all the forms online then had to also complete "paper copies" when I arrived at the office, which is redundant.

Dr. Jones is fantastic! This is my first time seeing her and I'm glad I did. I've waited years to see someone for my health issue and I'm so happy she is my doctor for it. She answered every question I had and offered my different options and advice on how to proceed.
