Overall the experience was good. Juts that I had to scold the nurse at one point or raise my voice. I wish that was not required.Tomorrow if I have to take my kids, I see I have to go and make sure I stand ny ground with the nurse for her lack of empathy.

The tech that took my daughter‚Äôs vitals and did her nasal swabs was AMAZING! I believe he said he was an X-ray tech but, he should absolutely work with children all the time. My daughter is 8 and anytime we‚Äôve had to do swabs of any kind she is a handful to say the least. This gentleman took the time to explain to her what was going to happen, spoke to her in a child appropriate way, and made her feel so at ease that she sat perfectly still and quiet while he did the swabs. I can say enough how appreciative I am that he was the one that did the swabs that day!! That man deserves a raise and serious praise and recognition for his care that day! Especially considering how busy it was!
