Hi, Ashley Fava was very professional, extremely thorough in the way she spoke and very knowledgeable. What I really appreciated about her was that she spoke at a decent speed, not too fast, not too slow. She was making sure that I thoroughly understood what she was saying to me and she gave me time and room for questions and she answered those thoroughly as well. Thank you.

Hey, it was really great that I was able to get a very quick appointment and there was a lot of flexibility in the appointment time. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and smiling and very helpful. They made sure I completed the paperwork that I needed to complete. I felt like they weren't judgmental about anything. They listened, they spent time with me, the nurses and especially the doctor, Ashley. Everything was very clear. I also loved that I could just walk over to get my blood taken and that they had the ultrasound so I could schedule an appointment there in the same space. So it was just a really great experience. Great Doctor!

Office was exceptionally challenging to deal with when making appointments, period. No way to contact doctors after hours for non-emergency but urgent medical issues, period. There was a problem with customer interaction on the telephone.

Everytime i enter the building from the security to the doctors everyone is so pleasant. I've never met a staff so knowledgeable and patient.

I was very happy with my experience. In fact, I've already recommended to my friend to go. So it was a great experience with Ms. Fava. Thank you.
