Dr. Wayman is an intelligent, compassionate, and detail-oriented physician. He carefully reviews all of my medications, as well as my current and past medical conditions. He takes a genuine interest in understanding how my specialists are treating my conditions and considers that information when managing my care. He answers all of my questions thoroughly and explains everything in a way that is easy to understand. He is reassuring without dismissing concerns, always taking the time to point out positive findings in my test results or improvements in my condition. He is also thoughtful about ordering tests, recommending them only when they are truly necessary. In addition, the staff in this office set the standard for how patients should be treated. Every interaction is friendly, professional, and respectful. Tina at the front desk is especially wonderful—she is welcoming, kind, efficient, and always goes above and beyond to make patients feel valued. This entire office provides exceptional care, and I highly recommend them.

My appointment was 3:30. We didn't see the doctor until 4:45. The wait times are becoming ridiculously long. I don't expect to be in a doctor's office for more than half an hour.

Yeah, this provider is very attentive and sometimes get upset when I don't do the right thing. He's always very attentive to my care and my health. And the only thing I would, you know, recommend is that they keep it your appointment and the time when the appointment time itself and also if cannot do the appointment time exactly on the hour keep it close to it. That's the only thing.

I'm very happy with this Doctor, he spends a lot of time Ruth you during each visit.

Had 745am appointment did not get taken in to room till 810 and did not see doctor till 850. That seems a little ridiculous to me. Why make appointment time if you cannot see doctor till almost 2 hours after you arrive

First time going Dr Wayman. I had to wait to see him 1.30 hours after my Apt time... I was not happy, however when he came in to see me, I was very impressed how much time he spent with me going over all my records and hearing about my concerns of my health issues. I was not rushed out like most places... I guess its like they say, there fast food and then there's good food... If you want a good doctor, you have to wait. I will be going back.

The wait was an hour over my appointment time. Most (not all) of the office staff are very unfriendly almost to the point of being rude, no smile, no eye contact.

Hi, yes, I recommend my Dr. Wayman to my friends, families, and anybody that asks. He's wonderful. He sits there, he listens, he has a lot, a lot of patience to understand, you know, what I want to talk to about. He does not rush me. He listens and he gives me the information that I need. I have to say that the provider I have has become more hands on and now after quite a while is more personable and it makes my visit easier for me and now I even ask questions.

Dr. Wayman is my favorite doctor ever and I used to work for 120 doctors up at Summit Medical Group. So I have a good understanding of doctors and specialties and all that. So I love him. He is the best. He's very thorough. I would like to recommend him, but then that means it's going to get harder for me to get in because he's always triple booked. Anyways, his staff is pretty amazing. For the most part, there is one individual front desk that's less than desirable. I think she's new. I don't know her name. Sorry. Anyways, he's the best. Stop overbooking your patients. That's one. Sat there for a half hour. My appointment was 2:30. It was already 3:15 before I was told that there was a guy there from 2 o'clock for an appointment, which was not even seen yet.

Yeah, the nurse that was attending Dr. Bernard was really grumpy and was hard to communicate with and that was a big concern of mine.

Dr. Wayman is wonderful he listens to everything during me and my husbands scheduled office visits. Cannot thank Dr. Wayman enough for all his help. He is so compassionate and so caring we think the world of him. He's soooooooooooooo professional and extremely knowledgeable of course - just wonderful. His office staff are all great as well they are so nice and kind always welcoming with a smile.

I've been going to this practice 25 years with no issues with providers or staff. The ONLY complaint I have with HM is the call system. I work at a surgery center. We call HM daily for medical clearances. On average you are on a call 10-15 minutes by the time you give patient info and our own info and then put on hold sometimes 2 times while the call center tries to patch us into the drs office. It's a horrible system. We do not have this issue with RWJ's call system. We actually dread calling HM as surgical coordinators. I really hope they can shorten the time on the phone in the future because it is really ridiculous at times how long it takes to get a quick answer on whether a patient has had a medical clearance for a surgery.

The wait for my appointment was atrocious. I had a first appointment of the day and the doctor saw three other people before me. The office did not keep me informed. When I went to go schedule my next appointment, it's five months out.

I had a morning appt., so I didn't have to wait as long as if I had a afternoon/later appointment. Much more tolerable by scheduling this way. I see doctor every 3 months, so I will continue to make morning appts When possible. I used to take whatever they had available ..now I will schedule at my convenience. Staff is always pleasant, as well as my doctor. It's just the waiting in examining room that gets annoying after quite awhile. It was better this time..the earlier the better!

I've almost completed my medication for, I presume it's an upper respiratory infection that I have, but I'm still not feeling well. So I need to talk to the doctor tomorrow. I'm gonna call the office. But the office staff and doctor are very attentive and very good at helping me with all my medical problems. Thank you and have a good day.

The medical assistant was very nice and knowledgeable, and she knew who I was and remembered who I was and remembered the fact that I had surgery, which I explained last time. Also, the desk assistants were very nice as well, and they were very quick to get me my paperwork and to get me in as an appointment. I really love Dr. Wayman. He is the best doctor I've ever had and I hope that they continue their best service. Thank you.

Dr. Wayman is great doctor however if you are sick and need a same day, next day appointment it is not happening. You will need to go to an Urgent care. And the wait in the office is always 30-60 mins.

You can not make a well care/routine appt. when needed. To change an appt 6 weeks before, you are rescheduled 3 months out.
