In my role as Mental Health Director, I have the privilege of working with a team of psychologists and social workers who evaluate, treat, and advocate for children and families who have experienced varies forms of child abuse and maltreatment.
Philosophy of Care
I appreciate that the experiences that are shared by the children and families with whom we work remain with them before and subsequent to our interactions. I am humbled by the vulnerability that is shared during the time that the children and families are at our center. As such, I maintain the perspective that the work that I do is hard, but much greater than a job.
