Dr. Terrin and his staff are always very professional, helpful, and supportive. They really listen to what I'm saying as a parent. They always, when my husband can't come, he gives us time to give him a call and he talks to him over the phone and answers any of his questions. He's always very empathetic and compassionate to my child and giving him the patient, he has the patients in a time so he can get a good assessment. I'm also a healthcare worker, so I have lots of questions and he always gives the space and the time for it. He's also very preventative, he's always giving us what we should look out for, so it's very appreciative.
