The doctor was very kind. He let me express what I was going through with the medication and how it was affecting me physically. And he took time to hear me out. He didn't rush me. He took time to explain the medication to me and basically took time to hear me out, which is excellent, excellent. You know, I give kudos to that. It's very important for doctors to hear us out. and not rush to conclusions of what we've been going through with medications. And he listened to my history and what I have going on. And so great job on that.

I waited 2 hours to be called in to see the doctor

Hello, the doctor's performance was excellent. The problem is that the wait time is very long, too long, and no one informs you. The only thing they can tell you is that the person is old and very slow, and that you have to wait or else they can't reschedule the appointment. The other thing is that his assistants also don't know how to answer any questions you ask. "I needed a document," the person commented, and they simply ignored it, saying they simply have to wait for the doctor because they are not the doctor. So I think those kinds of responses are inappropriate, especially when you're asking for them to be as quick as possible. Thank you.

I was in the office for 4 hours, I spent 2 hours in the waiting room, and additional 1:50 hours in the exam room and 10 minutes with the nurse. In addition, the doctor didn't listen to my concern about prescription rush, or secondary resting. While he spent only 15 minutes with me, he answered 3 personal calls on his cell phone, and spent additional time speaking on his personal matters.

I think it's too much for just one doctor because they keep you waiting for up to 2 or 3 hours and they don't finish eating, the doctor isn't there and I have to call him and he didn't give me the answer, so that's why I didn't like it.

The wait at Dr. Remolina's office is always long, but once I was inside the room, I was advised that he would be coming right along, so I was kept informed. The amount of time that he spends with you is wonderful. When you talk to him, he's like talking to your uncle or an old friend. Dr. Remolina is a great doctor, and his office staff is also great.
