Dr. Campo was wonderful. She answered all of our questions even before we asked them through her explanation of the procedure that I'm going to be getting. She was able to answer everything thoroughly. She was kind and considerate and put me at ease. I was very grateful for the information that she gave to me. I feel so much better about my double mastectomy.

Dr Campo is not only a talented surgeon but is truly an amazing doctor. She goes above and beyond to answer my questions, help troubleshoot issues and offer quality, genuine guidance. In the world of breast cancer, many doctors spit statistics at me as wall of protection between my questions and their medical journals-Dr Campo knows the stats but also sees me as person, a woman and mom that needs help with things beyond breast removal. She is a true gem and one of HMH's best assets. I am thankful for her everyday.

When I called to schedule my appointment & was able to actually speak to someone I know for a fact I had a different time scheduled as I wrote it down right away. I left a few voicemails to schedule the appointment with no call backs. When I checked in online the appointment time was different . When I questioned the office before my visit, they stated no that was the time I scheduled which I know was not the case. Both receptionists seemed uninterested when I approached the window to check in & out (spoke to 2 different ones with same attitudes) waited almost an hour to see doctor which I do understand happens seeing specialists. No explanations until I got in the room & the nurse apologized for the wait as did the doctor. Also never notified office had moved which when waiting someone else checking in stated the same. Apparently not all patients got mailings. Dr Campo is great but office staff needs major improvement.
