My usual Doctor is Dr. [ ] who was booked up so I saw Christine Coyle instead for my annual wellness check this year. Christine Coyle was good but not at the same level of knowing me as Dr. [ ] who I have been seeing for several years.

The office reaches out to you after your appointment with any questions or concerns refills approvals, etc.

I've been with this practice for over 30 years. Always professional.............

The phlebotomist they have working inhouse is very pleasant and does a great job with the blood draw. I had no issues with bruising afterwards. She took her time and is very good at her job.

The medical assistant that brought me back to my room and got me all set and took my vitals, he was fantastic, communicated the whole time, very sweet, very sincere. Christine was great. She went over everything with me thoroughly, answered all my questions, and gave me strict and easy to follow follow-up instructions for my next visit and my lab work. The front office, they're very nice, but they don't always look up to greet you as soon as you walk in. But they are friendly. Friendly. One thing is they engage in conversation. Other than that, I have no complaints, except sometimes that the office runs behind, probably about 15 minutes.

The wait was not bad at all. They took me within 15 plus mins. Great office and staff. Love Christine Coyle. So sweet.

I was absolutely thrilled to get a same-day appointment!

I would like the Dr to give me the time of day. I rarely feel like I can talk about issues when instead I feel rushed to be just pushed through. I have to travel 40 minutes to get there and I'm hoping to find an office closer to my home. If doctors don't want to know their patients, I dont want the stress of traveling through Lakewood. Fair?

This practice went above and beyond to get me a visit and Dr. Coyle was patient and listened to what I had to say.

I never have a problem going to the office of Christine Coyle. No problems at all. Everybody in the office is very, very knowledgeable.

Christine coyle is an excellent health care professional. It can be very difficult to get early morning appointments with her and that can be frustrating.

I ended up switching doctors at the practice. I felt that Dr. Coyle just didn't know much of any of the questions I was asking her. Um, for the past three visits, I was asking her questions and her response was usually, I don't know. Hmm. Hmm. I don't know. I don't know. And after getting three visits of exactly the same thing, I just needed a more knowledgeable doctor. It seemed like I was giving her. things that she could try and she just said, okay, we'll try that instead of her saying we can try this and this and that. So I just didn't have a great feeling after that.

Dr coyle is great and the nurses n everyone was so nice n careing

I had a very confusing and abrupt encounter with a person at the desk. I was trying to understand instructions from my provider, the woman at the desk was very abrupt and adgitated not listening to my questions. I do not want to meet this woman again.

Well.

I did not feel rushed. I was able to make sure there was enough time to discuss whatever was necessary.

My visit to see Dr Coyle was a through exam and I was treated with respect and compassion.

Everybody's very friendly and greets you. Christine Coyle is exceptional. She's always right on the money, knows exactly what's going on and listens and gives very good medical advice.

I have recommended this practice to family and friends. Everyone is so helpful and available! I will be happy to stay a patient of this practice.
