He is the best. We talked specifically about bone density. He sent me for a bone density test, which I actually scheduled from his parking lot. I made an appointment for the following morning at 8:50am and by 10am, Dr. Jacoby called me with the results and a follow up plan. He is so easy to talk to and he is a wonderful doc!

Dr. Jacoby and his staff are amazing and excellent. I've been using him for years. He has the best bedside manner, very caring, considerate doctor. The only issue that I don't like is that you used to be able to call and be connected to the office and speak to the girls there. Now you have to call a call center and I don't like that at all.

I was originally asked to wait a day or two to get in to see Dr. Jacoby. The office called me back about an hour later saying there was a cancellation, and I was able to get in the next day. Dr. Jacoby's nurse was kind and caring as she always is. Dr. Jacoby listened to my concerns and put my mind at ease. Anytime I call the office with a question or concern, I am treated with kindness and respect and always taken care of in a timely manor.
