Dr LANN is one of the best physicians we know. She is professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, friendly, great bedside manner, listens intently and answers questions in an easy to understand way. We also like the fact that we don't have to go to the hospital to see her at her office there; the satellite office is very convenient and easy to find parking etc.
