I have to say that Dr. Clemente, Nurse Practitioner Clemente, is very professional. She listens to what I have to say. She answers my questions in a very professional way. She will explain to me what's going on with my body. She will take the time to explain things to me in a vocabulary that I would understand because I am not a doctor. And she always responds my concerns in a caring way and in a very respectful way and in a very professional manner. So I really like going to her with all concerns. And I've been seeing nurse practitioner Clemente for a number of years now, probably about eight years now. So I am very happy with the care and the team that takes care of me when I go there.

Yes, hi. You told me at the appointment no call is good news, if I call it's bad news, and then I got a call instantly right after the appointment. So maybe give a heads up that I may get a call next time, the day of or the very next day, and that would be a separate phone call. Other than that, everything at this point was absolutely wonderful and I do value that you took your time out and you were able to see me.
