David J Frank, MD

David Frank, M.D., is a board-certified neurologist who has over 30 years of experience in the neurological field with the majority of his experience in private practice at Central Jersey Neurology Associates in Freehold. He was previously the Chief of Neurology at CentraState, and has held the role of Director of the Stroke Center at CSMC. Dr. Frank has also served as a Clinical Instructor for the University of Medicine and Dentistry as well as the Department of Neurology at Hahnemann University Hospital.

Dr. Frank is a member of many professional organizations including the American Academy of Neurology, Medical Society of New Jersey, and Monmouth County Medical Society. He offers expert diagnosis and coordinated care and is supported by a highly trained neurology care team including Dr. Lage, whose expertise is also in general neurology. Dr. Frank and his team ensure open communication with patients, and as part of the Hackensack Meridian network, he offers his patients and their families a full range of support services.
