Dr. ROSENHECK was very attentive to my questions and concerns. He reviewed my lab work and prescribed medication for my problems with acid reflux.

The wait time is extremely long when going into that office. Every time that I've been there, very long wait times. That's my only complaint.

Excellent & caring doctor.

The Doctor was fine. Everyone was friendly. But I waited over 45 minutes before I even went into the room, and then obviously even more before the doctor came in. My actual appointment was probably less than 5 minutes, yet I had to wait about an hour for a 5 minute appointment, which could have definitely been done over the phone. Nobody told me he was even running late. Had I know I would have planned accordingly. I had to reschedule a meeting because he was so late.

To be honest the doctor saw me for less than 5 minutes which is ok as it was just an annual with no changes. But he leave the room quickly without a good bye. I felt disrespected and was a little taken back. Very disappointed.

Dr. Rosenheck is wonderful. Ever since HMH took over, trying to get an appointment was difficult. No one calls you back if you leave a message. Went to the office and they had computer issues. Was told someone would call me back and they didn't. Finally, I called one day and someone actually answered and scheduled my appointment. It took almost three months to get an appointment scheduled.

Yeah, hi. Sometimes at this gastroenterology offices in Edison, Old Bridge, the appointment schedule, the scheduled appointment is very long. So I would like some changes in that because we are not getting, we are facing some problem, we are not getting access to the doctor. So yeah, definitely the changes have to be made for scheduling according to the needs. Thank you.

Very efficient visit...was a few minutes early and waited perhaps 5 minutes to be taken into the examining room. Waited a couple minutes to see the Dr and was done in an appropriately short amount of time.

Dr Rosenheck is an excellent doctor. He is highly confident which puts me at ease. His experience allows him to hear my issues then quickly determine probable cause. His staff is efficient in scheduling procedures and follow-ups. I like the fact his Surgi center is right there too. Would highly recommend him.

I, Dr. Rosenheck, I've been going to him for years. He's a very good doctor. He has bedside manners. I would refer him to anyone. Like I said, he's a very good doctor.

We called before hand how much out of pocket the visit would be and they told us when we booked this it would be $300. We got there they charged me $300 and then after my appointment the receptionist said it was $365 total. If I knew this I wouldn't have come and I made sure when I booked the appointment it would be $300 which they confirmed. They said they made a mistake and changed it last week without calling me or giving me notice how much the visit would. Very unprofessional handling this and patients should be known of changes before visits. The receptionist and the billing manager were unprofessional and giving responses that think they were right. It's not us it's corporate. They messed up and they knew it and were giving anything us to shut me up.

He's a great doctor. He listens to you and he describes anything that he's prescribing and that's all I can say. I'm satisfied with him. I've been with him many years and as long as I can, I'll stay with him. Thank you.

i am going to Dr Rosenheck for 19 years and always had expert care.

I was recently hospitalized and my old GI doctor was not hearing my symptoms when I would express the amount of pain I was in. After being hospitalized and starting to have Dr. Rosenheck as my doctor, he has been extremely caring and has sent me for the tests I needed to get a Crohn's diagnosis. Now I am getting surgery and on the path to recovery because of him. Thank you, Dr. Dave Rosenheck.

Very professional and courteous

You need to improve the doctor's scheduling. I had a 445 appointment. I did not see the doctor until well over 6 o'clock. I did not get out of the office until 615. You need to make his appointments longer, like 20 minutes between each person. There's too many schedules, too much time in between, and there's too many people waiting in the office. Waiting an hour and a half for the doctor, and every time I go there, they don't know how to schedule. So please learn how to schedule his appointments.
