Dr. Kelly has been caring for my whole family 20 plus years. Wouldn't see anyone else for cardiac issues.

Parking was horrible,I drove around for 20 minutes till I found a spot Even though there was construction they should have had off site parking with a shuttle to get us back an forth ,we are stressed enough about our health and to add parking to it isn't right

Dr. Kelly is fantastic doctor. This is the first time I had to wait. I know they were very backed up. I had to wait over an hour and I didn't know, I thought maybe they forgot about me. I wasn't sure and I didn't ask, but I feel like, yeah, they could have kept me informed of that. But then once I got in there, I realized that it was because they were just really backed up. Perhaps the most human doctor I've ever had. He should be the role model for all doctors to follow, but I guess his authenticity comes from within and it's his natural way of dealing with his patients and fellow human beings; with empathy, compassion and respect. AAA+++

It was very satisfying, he is a special doctor

The doctor is excellent. The only thing is the copays. There's always a problem. You should be able to pay on the spot instead of going online and getting the bill. That is not effective at all. So that's the only thing I would urge you guys to sort of work out for patients to be able to pay the copay on the spot. It's much better for billing also so you don't I know I haven't paid for the last two, three visits because you guys don't make it easy.

Dr. Kelly has an excellent bedside manner and he's thorough.

The young ladies that were assisting him, she was very, very, very good. She drew blood from me and it was wonderful because I didn't feel not even a pinch. I enjoyed going to see Dr. Kelly because he's very, very competent. He listens to me. He gives me good advice. The only problem I have with the visit is I would like for the scribe to be able to say good morning when I say good morning. I know that they must be trained not to appear to be, you know, to say anything. I just feel bad not being able to greet him properly just as I greet the doctor. But Dr. Kelly is a wonderful doctor.
