could improve on the staffing courtesy of the receptionist. They're not very welcoming and inviting at all. I don't think they're so pleasant.

Every thing went very well.

What was done really well was the timing. I didn't have to wait long at all. The people who worked at the office were just slightly a little cold, like very much straight to business, which was great, but also kind of daunting when you're visiting a doctor about, like for a very personal and vulnerable thing as gynecology. So pretty cold. in a sense, there wasn't much bedside manner in a way. I also felt that since I look younger, am younger, I wasn't treated in a way that was, I was treated in a way slightly condescending, but yeah, just slightly condescending, that's it.

I had a 9 o'clock appointment. I got to the office and the door was locked. I got there at 8.48. The door was locked. I waited until 8.53. I knocked on the door and whoever answered the door, the receptionist or the nurse, came to the door and was a little snooty because I said to her, I have a 9 o'clock appointment. We don't open until 9. So the door stays closed until 9. Which I didn't think was, it was just the way she said it. And I think if you're having 9 o'clock appointments, that you should open earlier, the door earlier. Other than that, everything else was great.

Dr. Vitale was one of the kindest, most paying attention doctors that I have ever met. I really liked her. I would go back again, I will go back again, and the only thing is it took like six months to get an appointment, but she definitely was really, really a very good doctor.

I am thrilled with my appointment with Dr Vitale. I had been with my previous Dr for 20+yrs. Naturally, I was very nervous going to a new Dr. Dr Vitale was recommended to me by my niece, who couldn't say enough good things about Dr Vitale.
