Although I love the doctor that I do go to, and I do love his nurse practitioner. I have to tell you you're answering. Service really is terrible whenever I have to call back because she did call me and reaching back at her trying to get her back is a nightmare when you call your answering service to get in touch with her back it's almost impossible. You're on hold for about 20 minutes to a half hour. They don't come back on the phone to get you and then at the end you can't get through I think your portal as far as answering service is terrible

This provider is a NP. The actual neurologist is extremely difficult to schedule
