Dusan Knezevic, MD

Dusan Knezevic, M.D., is a board-certified cardiologist and Fellow of the American College of Cardiology. He completed his training in internal medicine and cardiology at Northwell Health’s Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City.

Since joining Montclair Cardiology Group in 2004, Dr. Knezevic has been known for his thoughtful, patient-centered approach to cardiovascular care. He is experienced in diagnosing and treating a wide range of complex heart conditions and has been recognized as a Castle Connolly Top Doctor in the New York metropolitan area since 2016.

In 2022, he earned a Master’s degree in Healthcare Delivery Science from Dartmouth College, deepening his commitment to providing high-quality, efficient and patient-focused care.

Dr. Knezevic serves as Chief of the Heart and Vascular Hospital at Hackensack Meridian Mountainside Medical Center. Patients appreciate his warmth, clear communication and ability to make complex medical information easy to understand.

He is board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Echocardiography and Cardiac CT and holds academic appointments at the Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine and Rutgers New Jersey Medical School. 

Outside of work, Dr. Knezevic enjoys time with his wife, three daughters and their  family’s two labradoodles. He loves to travel, values a good laugh and finds joy in the simple moments of family life.
