Dr. Winarsky has been my ENT for many years and I trust him implicitly and value his opinion. I will not see anyone else, so I will wait, if need be, for an appointment with him. My only feedback is that the staff is not the easiest to make appointments with, but Dr. Winarsky is definitely the best ENT.

When I went in, I thought I had something completely different. After the doctor examined me, he pinpointed my problem directly and succinctly, and it wasn't what I expected it to be. Now, a problem that I had in the past, I can now undergo treatment in a completely different manner because of the diagnosis.

I appreciated the quick appointment. Other ENT's seem to have a month wait time.

The reception and the check-in area was not at all friendly. She was very rude and I felt dismissed the entire time. I would definitely recommend looking into having a friendly greeting person as that is the beginning and important part of the experience.
