Professional, understanding, explain everything.

The provider is great. There was a mixup with the appointments, my wife and I wanted to have physical check same day back to back and scheduled appointments way in advance and it was a mistake on the schedule side. Also the office is no longer offers the bloodwork done onsite, it would have been helpful to know that, since I was fasting and didn't know about that. The provider told me that during the visit, the office staff should have said that during visit verification call.

It's always a pleasure when I go in there and the only thing is that first when you call you have to get to an answering service. However, they are very good at putting me through to the front desk.
