Having patients come in 20 minutes early makes no sense being that you have to wait 20 minutes or more to be seen. Not Good at all.

Just mentioning that it was my first time meeting Dr. Dewil, so I don't have a total appreciation of what it might be to see him.

I have been going to see Dr Dewil for awhile now, and I feel confident with him being my Pulmonologist

Dr. Dewil is always willing to listen to my concerns about my health. He explains things in terms I can understand. He answers my questions and addresses my concerns openly and honestly. He provides valuable feedback and advises me on how to improve my health sometimes in ways that are not always received well by some (i.e. loosing weight, exercising, avoiding toxins such as alcohol, cigarettes smoke, vaping). He helps me to look at myself and realize I must be proactive my own Healthcare to get the results I desire.

All of my doctors are from Hackensack Meridian. I have found that the doctors from Hackensack Meridian facilities are high quality and I have recommended many to my colleagues at work, friends, and my family. Thank you for renewing your contract with AETNA.

He has a dry bedside manner. He makes me uncomfortable when I have to see him, the way he speaks to me. And I know he's got a lot of patients, other than that, but his bedside manner, no smile, no hello, how you've been, what's going on in your life, nothing. It's just dead air. And the only reason why I see him is because he's in the same office as my gastroenterologist and my cardiologist and he's very cut and dry. There's no in between and sometimes you just need to sit down and have a conversation with your patient. That's it.

From reception to exiting, it all went well.
