The office staff was also wonderful. They were very kind and caring.

I walked into the hospital and saw the person at the desk. I told her what I, my problem, and she immediately got a hold of the person in, I guess you call that, patient affairs or something like that. The woman was very good. She came right to me. She sat down with me. She understood my problem and she helped me out with it. And all without an appointment, so I did appreciate that very much. Thank you.

Having patients come in 20 minutes early makes no sense being that you have to wait 20 minutes or more to be seen. Not Good at all.

Just mentioning that it was my first time meeting Dr. Dewil, so I don't have a total appreciation of what it might be to see him.
