I provided a list of doctors and medication, and he did not seem to have that available to me. When I talked, I had to give him the list again.

Excellent service. Thank you.

During the consultation, important points regarding my situation and the change in medications were not discussed. Later I found on EPIC that it said that they were explained to me, which is not true. Regarding the medications, I am very confused because changes were posted on the portal, but I was never given a prescription for these new changes. The information about the doctors and medications that I brought to the appointment were ignored.
