If I could leave ZERO stars I would. Let me start by saying this was my first and LAST time coming here. I scheduled an appointment with this office thinking it would be a good choice, well, I was definitely wrong. To start, I called my insurance company to switch doctors on my insurance card, only to be told by the doctor's office that the doctor doesn't even take that insurance. Odd, since I found this doctor on my health insurance website! That was my first red flag. Thankfully, the insurance operator was extremely helpful and assisted me in sorting that out. Fast forward to today, walk into the office, and while the receptionist was very pleasant, the rest of the staff (including the manager) were staring at me like a pack of wolves. You'd think someone would at least say hello with how intensely they were watching, but nope. As I'm speaking with the receptionist, I can hear whispering, and when I look up, the same group of employees is still staring. Feeling uncomfortable, I sarcastically said hello, hoping it would break the tension, but the whispering continued. Finally, I asked one of the staff members if I knew her, she said no. So why all the staring and whispering? When I finally saw the doctor and explained what had happened, he told me to leave. Leave? For what reason? The whole situation was bizarre, awkward, and uncomfortable. As someone who took time to carefully choose a doctor, this experience was extremely disappointing. Honestly, I should've known things wouldn't go smoothly after the initial insurance mix-up. The fact that this was my first appointment and for an office to make their patients feel uncomfortable, unwelcoming is very unsettling. The manager wanted to speak but at this point the damage is already done. You & your staff should've been more welcoming when I walked through the door! When I FIRST explained I felt uncomfortable as a manager you should've spoke up and said something, but nope. How can you make someone feel like this that is trusting you enough where they open up about their health? All I can say is, go where you're valued, welcomed and appreciated!

Very thorough checkup. I was seen by the nurse, a med student and the doctor. All were patient, thoughtful and helpful in answering any questions or concerns I presented. When my visit was over I felt seen and heard!

Not great bedside manner, not friendly, did not check thyroid, lymph nodes or any area in the neck/shoulders

Dr. Malhi is exceptional. His people skills are incredible. He understands a whole wide swath of health-related issues. He builds your confidence by saying things can be done about anything. And he's quick to recommend other people who are specialists. And when I need an appointment, they pretty much fit me in or try to fit me in pretty quickly. He spends a good quality time and he answers questions and he's just down to earth and intelligent. It's a rare combination. So he's about the best around. So that's all I have to say. He's the best. I like Dr Malhi. He takes the time to listen to you. He told me what to do so I understood him I have a follow up appointment with my doctor. I trust his judgment and feels he shoes concern for my health.
