Garland Ella Herron, MD

Dr. Garland Herron is a board certified OBGYN in Asbury Park. She is fluent in Spanish. She provides prenatal care for OB and high risk pregnancies. Her gynecological services include annual exams and breast exams, contraception and STD counseling. She performs in office procedures such as biopsy and colposcopies.

Dr. Herron is a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner as recognized by North American Menopause Society (NAMS), a specialty medical society that conducts research and has evidence-based recommendations about menopauseNAMS

Her gynecological surgeries include minimally invasive procedures including Total Laparoscopic Hysterectomy at Jersey Shore University Medical Center where is also faculty for the OBGYN residency program.
