He was the first surgeon to perform an ION robotic bronchoscopy case in the state of New Jersey in June 2020. His clinical interests include lung cancer, hiatal hernias, benign and malignant esophageal diseases, and mediastinal tumors. His commitment to minimally invasive surgery provides patients with shorter hospital stays, quicker recovery, and overall better outcomes.

He was an excellent doctor for me; he explained everything and I was very happy. Thank you.

He's a very good doctor and he's very mannerly and I like him a lot.

Yeah, I just want to say that I was very impressed with the amount of attention I got when I first got into the office and when I actually went into the room and spoke to not only the doctor, but the nurse practitioner, the doctor's assistant, and a few other people that came in to ask me questions. I was very, very impressed. I've never gotten that in my entire life at any doctor's visit. Also, the doctor was very, very clear about what my options were and, you know, what he would suggest that I do. I really didn't need his suggestions. I knew what needed to be done, and that's what we agreed on. So, as far as I'm concerned, I can't say anything bad about Hackensack Medical. I think, in my opinion, from the little experience I do have, I think they're the best. But again, that's.

I was very impressed with Dr. Pelz, how he took the time to explain everything, how he looked me in the eye and explained it. And I understood everything that he wanted to do. I've already recommended him to other people. Thank you. Have a good day.
