the doctor has very good skills

Went for my yearly physical, but the doctor never took my urine specimen. He never checked my ears and never did an EKG. And I'm kind of curious why that wasn't done for a yearly physical. Thank you.

The only thing that I do not like about this is how I can't get a hold directly of the doctor's office. I have to go through your call center, and your call center is not all that helpful. Some of them are really snippy and snotty, and others are just, they don't even care. They're just like, yeah, okay, hold on. Not very pleasant, not very efficient, and it really sucks. Thank you.

I have been a patient of Dr. Faugno's for very many years. As soon as Hackensack took over, I cannot call his office directly. I have to go to an answering service, and it's very annoying and upsetting because half the times they're so busy that they will not be able to call me back. And that's the one thing that I do not like about the way this is going right now. Dr. Faugno's great, but the way about to get through to him is horrible.

I can never get to communicate with office. Always this third party service that is always unhelpful. I would rather speak to the office directly!

i have been seeing doctor faugno for over 30 yrs.

Making the phone call was the worst thing in the world. You have to listen to all Hackensack information, not the doctor's office. I would like to get straight to the doctor's office and be able to talk to the people in the doctor's office, not have to hear everything about all the scheduling on Hackensack Hospital. I'm not going to the hospital yet, thank God. I just wanted to talk to the provider, not anybody else. It took, like, 15 minutes just to get to the office. So that's where you can improve it.

For me he is a good doctor!

I was having abdominal pain and called at 4:30 pm and got an appointment for 6:15. I left about 7 for Mountainside ER, where a CT scan confirmed Dr. Faugno's suspicion that I was suffering from diverticulitis. I've been a patient for 20 years and deeply appreciate Dr. Faugno's old-fashioned approach to practicing medicine. By that I mean he covers history, takes blood, etc himself. These days, with many doctors, you feel like they can't get out of the examination room quickly enough. Their offices are assembly lines. But Dr. Faugno and his staff treat you with respect. I'm not sure how they manage to get people in on time without making you feel short-changed for attention, but they do. Dr. Faugno is a clear, straight-shooter, and I'm grateful he's my primary care physician.

Dr Faugno has been my internist for over 20 years. He knows my history and acts accordingly. He is very knowledgeable and professional in our appointment.

Dr. Faugno showed his usual concern about my medical problem and made sure that my problem was resolved in a timely manner.

When I need to speak to the doctor's office immediately, I have a hard time about that because the initial call is to the center and the center people are nice, don't get me wrong, but I don't think that the messages are being sent accurately or in an urgent manner because I hardly ever get a call back and I always wind up calling more than one time.
