I expected the provider to ask for past medical history, but He didn’t, when I asked if they needed that , I was told they will let me know but at the moment they didn’t . That for me was a turn off. Given that I jave meds that am still on from my previous doctor.

When I call Dr Faugno phone number for an appointment, I always get his "service" answering the phone and not directly to the doctor office. They always give me a hard time scheduling me an appointment and wanting me to wait for days when I'm sick. Then I always ask to please connect me directly to the doctor's office, and I get the appointment right away. Why is that?? Can you please switch it back to directly speaking with someone at the doctor's office. It's just a hassle every time I have to call. Thank you

the doctor has very good skills

Went for my yearly physical, but the doctor never took my urine specimen. He never checked my ears and never did an EKG. And I'm kind of curious why that wasn't done for a yearly physical. Thank you.

He is very nice, always gives me the stuff that makes me better fast. I was in the hospital this doctor, and he took care of it in days. He gave me the stuff. They were shooting stuff directly in my veins. He gave me pills. Every time something happens, the stuff he prescribes makes me better in the flesh. I recommend him to everybody.
