Dr. Gianna Potts is a great doctor, very professional, and the entire staff and office is amazing.

Doctor is great, front desk staff is rude. Trying to get a sick appointment is almost impossible, they tell you to call first thing in the morning, but don't putt their phones in service for almost 15 minutes after opening, and most of the time you are met with "full go to an urgent care" when big corporations, like Hackensack meridian, buy out small practices basically putting out good pediatricians, the average person suffers. We don't even see a doctor anymore, we get a nurse practitioner but still billed as a dr who has seen my kid. It's all about corporate greed, and not about the kids. More and more small pediatricians are being brought out, and care is going out the window. There was a time we could call our kids doctor for a sick visit and be told "come right in" now we are being told, "we have no more sick visits, go to urgent care, and being quickly hung up on. It's a shame. Do better for our kids. Bring back actual doctors to see our kids.

Gianna was very attentive to what my son had to say and answered all his questions in a way he could understand. She made him feel comfortable and gave him as much time as he needed.
