Dr. Glenn Parker is great! Best most empathetic doctor ever. The office definitely needs more staff asap regarding the front desk and returning phone calls. Otherwise highly recommend.

Overall, having been to this office many times in the past, I noticed that both in the examining room and in the waiting room's bathroom, the cleanliness was not as good as in the past. In the examining room, the areas on the floor close to the edges, were not clean at all and the "rubber" brown strip along the baseboard areas needed to be cleaned. In the bathroom, the wall next to where to toilet paper hung; was incredibly filthy. All the higher surface areas did look clean.

Dr. Parker and his right hand, I'm sorry I can't remember her name at this moment, but they are fantastic. They work really well together and they're very helpful and kind and compassionate and I can't say enough good things about them.

Dr. Glenn Parker is a brilliant surgeon. Understanding, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. I drive 2 hours each way to see him!

Dr. Parker is not only a great surgeon, he's a very, very good doctor.

Aside from the initial wait I have nothing else to say except that a patients time can be as valuable as the doctor. Perhaps the staff could update the patient and have them come in later.

This was a follow-up visit after surgery being seen every 6 months. Always shows care and concern.

The staff is very nice. But everyone seemed a bit overwhelmed in the office.

I absolutely believe Dr. Parker understood my concerns and specifically my anxiety regarding the surgery that I needed. His caring nature made me feel so comfortable from my first appointment, throughout the procedure, and follow up post-op.
