Gregory J Roehrig, MD

Dr. Roehrig is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in fracture care and joint replacement. His extensive fracture experience has fostered a deep understanding of the management of a wide range of fractures. Dr. Roehrig also has significant experience and expertise in partial knee replacement. He also serves as a consultant and educator in the field. He is a member of the Orthopaedic Trauma Association, American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons and a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons. He remains current with advancements in fracture care and implant technology and prioritizes patient education and shared decision-making.

Originally from Rochester, NY, Dr. Roehrig earned his biology degree and played basketball at Johns Hopkins University, where he met his wife. After playing basketball in Europe, he returned to Johns Hopkins for medical school. His residency at the University of Rochester was followed by a fellowship at the Insall Scott Kelly Institute under Dr. W. Norman Scott.

Outside of work, he enjoys time with family, basketball, outdoor activities, and fly fishing.
