some workers need to have a good customer service especially the one that drew the blood couldn't smile or nothing i would rather her not draw my blood seems like she has an attitude and this is not the first time

The diagnosis was explained, but the additional options and what the prognosis with the use of treatment was not explained. So additional explanation on if the treatment was done, how successful it would be would be helpful.

The wait time was extremely long. I had 10, 10 30 appointment. I showed up early to complete paperwork and get blood work done. I waited 20 minutes, then had to go up and ask about if the doctor was running behind. And then when I got into the room, it was already at 11 o'clock. So half hour, half my appointment time, and then waited another 30 to 35 minutes before the doctor came into the office. And I'm an employee of Hackensack.
