Unfortunately I find the new location of Dr. Denson's office terribly difficult to get to which is why I won't recommend his practice to family and friends. Yes, he needed a new office, but 650 From Rd. would have made more sense so much more convenient for patients.

Most times my experience has been positive. Dr. Denson is always open to discussing/explaining any questions or concerns that I may have.

I needed to have an EKG and because I have limited use of my shoulders and arms the nurses were very kind and helped me prepare for the EKG and also assisted me after EKG with getting dressed again. They were very helpful and did so willingly. Thank you - always pleasant when nurses are helpful and kind and considerate.

The appointment was timely. I arrived early and was taken right away!

Office staff was very polite. Dr. Denson is always a pleasure see.

I wish all of my other MD's ran their offices as well as Dr Denson. He consistently performs at a very high level and the staff is courteous and friendly, especially Melissa as well as the brand new receptionist who was very courteous, thanked me when leaving, smiled and was very pleasant. A+++

I had a issue with a nurse in the hallway. As I was waiting to check out, I was standing in front of a open doorway in the hall. As the nurse appeared to want to enter the doorway, I stepped back for her entry. The nurse said " No, move the other way". I looked at her not knowing what she had meant. Her next command was" Step to the other side of the doorway", that I did. The use of the word please and in a different tone would be of a better patient experience. She never entered or looked in the office and continued down the hall. I assume she did not like me standing in front of the open office doorway for some strange reason. The word "please" goes a long way. She needs some coaching in how to talk to people.

Meeting with Dr. Denson for my semi-annual checkup is always a pleasure.

Staff was polite.

Professional staff was healing itself. Glad that the department is in new location not toxic environment as it was in Hackensack. It was long overdue the office relocation.

Dr Denson has been my provider for over 20 years. He saved my life last week, blood pressure was very high. Excellent doctor .

My only problem is that I live SO VERY far away from his office. I no longer am able to drive, so I must use an UBER for my visits. This is a problem that my doctor simply cannot rectify... But--I will continue using his great service.

The telephone system that HUMC is using to confirm appointments is a joke. Whoever selected it should be fired. It calls my phone when I cannot answer and asks me to select "1". When I've called the office to confirm an appointment the computer still calls. In this day and age the fact that the confirmation process is not integrated between the computer and the office disappointing to say the least.

Healthcare at it's best.

Dr Denson has helped me with medications for my heart and his advise has helped me avoid other serious health issues. I highly recommend him.

This is my first visit with Dr. Denson, and he listened, and we discussed a lot of other things, and of course I will be going back, and I will recommend him, and I felt very comfortable. He didn't rush me. He gave me all the time I needed, and he screened everything that I asked. I had a page full of questions, being the first time there, and he answered them as best as he could, and I was very happy with the visit. Thank you.

Dr. Denson is a wonderful doctor. He explains things like test results, his exam findings, etc. my husband and I have recommended him to others because we are confident in his abilities and his bedside manner.

My own fault I didn't have my list of questions complete and when the doctor did call me about my blood work he was explaining some tests that he did that I didn't really understand something about it being hereditary. I would have liked to have gotten a little more information on that. Also would have been nice to get my A1C and it was too late as it was a different tube of blood. The blood draw was a little hurtful, never usually have that with the butterfly. I don't know what kind of what kind of draw this was

Doctor's visit was perfect. However although I checked in the staff was not aware I was in the waiting room.

I did not enter the correct parking area as I did not get good instructions on how to get to main entry door. My GPS led me to an underground garage area soon after exiting Rt 17 south. I feel hackensack hospital should have sent directions besides the address and how to access correct entrance. I still don't know how to arrive at the correct entey and where it is.

The new office is beautiful, spacious and modern long overdue. Unfortunately, it's location is terrible. Rt. 17 is a nightmare on a good day, and access to the parking lot is problematic at best. Parking is difficult. Too bad the office didn't relocate to From Rd. like so many other HUMC practices.

Dr. Denson listens to my health concerns and gives me clarity to make informed actions.
